The process of creating and producing custom made awards begins with establishing some design parameters and addressing the following questions.

1. Develop a design concept. (Determine the shape, size, materials, finish and etc.).

2. Determine a budget. (Must be determined in the design stage in order to narrow the focus).

3. Quantity needed. (This greatly influences the individual costs of the awards).

4. Date when needed. (Our lead time is dependent on the processes involved in production).

 

Once all of these areas have been addressed and a price has been agreed upon production can begin. In most cases an initial deposit will be required to cover such costs as materials, outsourcing of some processes, prototypes and model-mold costs in the case of castings.
